Dwyer Residence - Key West Style

This home was built as new construction with a Key West feel in mind.  Unique design elements were used throughout the home to really give it the "WoW" factor the Dwyer's wanted.  Keeping it family friendly with a low-key lifestyle in mind, every space was decorated for that come on in and kick your feet up feel.

I love the childrens play room with the clouds recessed from the ceiling as if you can reach up and touch the sky at any given point.  Blue sky, white clouds, and sunshine yellow paint.  You can't help but to smile in this room.

The pool bath was designed with faux weathered wood tile that ran up the shower wall to create an outdoor shower. Black pebble rocks were used on the shower floor and along the top of the shower.  Glass vessel bowl sink was used on the top of a pebble granite counter top to unify the red vanity cabinet.

The master bathroom has the tallest ceiling ever!  An antique style clawfoot tub, two person walk in shower with a view and his & her vanity --I think I could live in this room.
