Another exciting new construction project with Marc Anthony Builders!!

I am excited to announce that I have the pleasure of working on another fantastic new construction home located in Long Boat Key, FL with South Tampa's Best Builder 2011 in Tampa Tribune - Marc Anthony Builders
The home is currently an existing property that will be leveled and re-built as new construction.  Ground breaking begins in October and the design process has begun. I have had the pleasure of meeting with the homeowners to begin the initial consultation process and this Mediterranean style home is going to be the talk of the neighborhood.

Pickled (white washed) wood flooring, dark wood cabinets, and warm paint colors throughout the interior will make this home inviting.  The exterior will be have the terra cotta roof top with architectural elements that will make you do a double take.  I can't wait to start posting photos of this home as together A & B Design Firm along with Marc Anthony Builders team together to create the perfect Florida home for the Brockett's.

Low Load Insurance Services - Commercial Office Redesign

Low Load Insurance Services  http://www.llis.com/ wanted to warm up their office space to create a more inviting environment for their clients and staff.

Accessories were purchased to showcase their world travels.  The lobby furniture selected wasn't the typical office furniture style but more living area style.  Warm color paint was used throughout the building to give it that cozy feel.  Sheer drapery was added to hide the buildings unattractive mini-blinds but still allow natural lighting.

Let A & B Design Firm http://abdesignfirm.com/ assist you with your office re-design.

Vulcan Machine Inc. - Interior Decorating & Break Room Remodel

Vulcan Machine Inc. http://www.vulcanmachine.com/index.html needed some major help with their break room.  Not enough space to sit, wobbly chairs, not enough storage for food, all supplies exposed, and the floor was coming apart.

A & B Design Firm http://abdesignfirm.com/ installed all new cabinets allowing more space for storage and counter top usage.  New tables and chairs were brought in to give this space a more updated look.  A light paint on the walls helped give it a non-industrial feel.  VCT flooring was used due to the high traffic and type of work there. What a transformation was made here.

Lifeline Chiropractic - Exterior Remodel

Lifeline Chiropractic needed a new look to their exterior office building.  A new roof, stone work, paint, plants, pavers, and Hardie Board were installed.

Marc Anthony Builders http://marcanthonybuilders.com/  and A & B Design Firm http://abdesignfirm.com/ made sure all new additions were up to current code while keeping in mind the importance of aesthetic beauty.  Together we created the "just what I wanted" look Lifeline Chiropractic http://drlisaslifeline.com/   desired.

Kenner Residence - Coastal Cottage

Here is one of my favorite full remodels.  I love how this home was transformed into a bright and fun coastal cottage that invites you in to sit and relax.   Yellow, red, blue was carried throughout the home with splashes of bead board paneling to update the previous look.  The kitchen was gutted and all new cabinetry was installed with the use of shelves to showcase the playful dishes the Kenner's have. Marble counter tops were used to keep the kitchen bright and for low maintenance.
