Venuti Residence - Coastal Key West Style

This new construction home has all the details of a coastal Key West home that you could ask for.  Wood plank ceiling, vibrant paint colors on the interior and exterior, furniture layout so you don't miss the beautiful water front view, and an open floor plan.

Kenner Residence - Coastal Cottage

Here is one of my favorite full remodels.  I love how this home was transformed into a bright and fun coastal cottage that invites you in to sit and relax.   Yellow, red, blue was carried throughout the home with splashes of bead board paneling to update the previous look.  The kitchen was gutted and all new cabinetry was installed with the use of shelves to showcase the playful dishes the Kenner's have. Marble counter tops were used to keep the kitchen bright and for low maintenance.
