I am excited to announce that I have the pleasure of working on another fantastic new construction home located in Long Boat Key, FL with South Tampa's Best Builder 2011 in Tampa Tribune - Marc Anthony Builders.
The home is currently an existing property that will be leveled and re-built as new construction. Ground breaking begins in October and the design process has begun. I have had the pleasure of meeting with the homeowners to begin the initial consultation process and this Mediterranean style home is going to be the talk of the neighborhood.
Pickled (white washed) wood flooring, dark wood cabinets, and warm paint colors throughout the interior will make this home inviting. The exterior will be have the terra cotta roof top with architectural elements that will make you do a double take.
