Alvarez Investment Property - Harbour Island

With great success due to the staging for the Alvarez investment property in Redington Shores, Mr. Alvarez hired A & B Design Firm to stage his additional property. 

This particular property was listed in Harbour Island and was another empty condo that his agent was having difficulty selling.  With modern decor it appealed to the mid 20's to early 30's market that needed to be reached in this area.  Another successful staging....SOLD!!!!
