Lifeline Chiropractic - Exterior Remodel

Lifeline Chiropractic needed a new look to their exterior office building.  A new roof, stone work, paint, plants, pavers, and Hardie Board were installed.

Toscano Residence - Decorating with Tuscan Decor

The Toscano's needed a few finishing touches to their already beautifully decorated home.  With very active schedules at work and home, shopping just didn't fit into their already busy life.  

A & B Design Firm carefully selected artwork, accessories, drapes, plants, and new furniture.  Accented areas were painted to complete their Tuscan feel for this home. 

Decorating a home is more than just buying items to display, it is about finding those pieces that make you feel like your home is exactly what you envisioned it to be.  

Alvarez Investment Property - Harbour Island

With great success due to the staging for the Alvarez investment property in Redington Shores, Mr. Alvarez hired A & B Design Firm to stage his additional property. 

This particular property was listed in Harbour Island and was another empty condo that his agent was having difficulty selling.  With modern decor it appealed to the mid 20's to early 30's market that needed to be reached in this area.  Another successful staging....SOLD!!!!

Alvarez Investment Property - Redington Shores

This property had been listed for quiet some time with no offers.  Mr. Alvarez hired A & B Design Firm to fully stage this property with a beach feel.  This beach property was empty so it was necessary to fully furnish this unit with everything to really showcase the space.  Strategically placed furniture allowed potential buyers to envision the space as theirs.  Within a few months after the fully staged property....SOLD!!!
